Ramakrishna Reddy Y L is an experienced product leader with a strong background in product management, design, strategy, and people leadership. With over 9 years of relevant experience, he has demonstrated a proven track record of working on mobile internet consumer products. He is skilled in defining product requirements based on metrics-driven approach, design prototyping, A/B testing, big data analytics, campaign management, project management, and people management. Ramakrishna is currently working as an Associate General Manager at Playsimple Games, where he has incubated a new word game into the franchise called "Word Search Explorer" and led the franchise to all-time high revenue figures. He is also working on a social word gaming franchise and multiplying value creation by mentoring product folks across the board. In his previous role as a Lead Product Manager at Playsimple Games, he managed four games at different stages in the product life cycle and led the franchise to $XXXmn ARR without dropping profitability, during the WFH times. In his previous role as a Senior Product Manager at Playsimple Games, Ramakrishna led Word Trip and Word Jam into the top 10 grossing word games in the US across both Android and iOS platforms. He catapulted both games CLTV by 1.8x in 12 months and improved both games margins by 1.5x. He also innovated mechanics like Leagues, Timed rounds, Treasure hunt, Letter Hunt, Rewarded video, and Interstitial optimisations which improved retention and monetization. Ramakrishna scaled both Word Trip and Word Jam to 5 mn+ installs on each platform and turned around a team of multiple stakeholders (product, design, UX, art, Devs, and QAs) and created a cohesive, motivated team.
